make sure to run yarn install and commit the lock changes - as the virtualizer beta package will be now installed from npm to node_modules

This PR removes react-virtualizer from the repo as part of it's migration to https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-contrib
Package has been removed, but API and references are still exported from the unstable react-components API for backwards compatibility.
Package deleted.
Package removed from TSConfig and other referencies.
Stories have been removed.
Some stories (i.e. combobox) that have dependencies will retain current version, this will be migrated to contrib version post-migration.
